Exchange Policy
Greece:
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days from the day the original receipt was issued.
In case you wish to exchange all items or a part of your order you must fill the return label included in your original parcel. Arrange a pick-up with Geniki Taxydromiki. It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to receive it in our Atelier.
First exchange is FREE OF CHARGE. If you wish to make a second exchange the expenses must be covered by the customer. We suggest that you use Geniki Taxydromiki to avoid delays.
Note: All items must be in their original condition and packaging and labels should not have been removed. All items must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. Also, the original receipt should be included in the parcel.
Outside of Greece:
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days from the day the original receipt was issued. All expenses are covered by the customer.
If for any reason you receive a defective item, we will be happy to exchange it with a new one or make you a refund and cover all shipping expenses.
Please send us an email at (sales@rien.gr) informing us for the exchange, and the new desirable item. After checking availability, we will inform you via email.
If the desirable item of yours is available, we kindly ask you to send your exchange parcel to the address below using your own shipping method. We kindly advise to keep your tracking number until it has been delivered to us. Please note that our recommendation is TNT for avoiding further delays.

Please note that the bellow conditions are not valid for a return | refund:
- Any item that returned to us after the 14-day time frame.
- Any item damaged | with missing parts or not in its original condition.
Once we receive your return, we will proceed to a refund using the same form of your original payment method. For Debit/credit payments the refund will be made via our bank secure system directly at the credit/ debit card used in your order. For Paypal payments the refund will be made via Paypal official website. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to you.

When the returned product arrives at our premises you will receive a confirmation email. You may also use the tracking number on the returning label to monitor your shipment to us. For any further assistance please contact us at (sales@rien.gr).
